Studio Policies

What You Need to Know

We want your experience to be seamless. Please read before booking.

$20 Deposit Required

A non-refundable $20 deposit is required at booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

15-Minute Grace Period

You have a 15-minute grace period. If you have not arrived after 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled and your deposit will not be refunded.

24-Hour Cancellation

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.

We do not provide hair washing services. Please arrive with your hair freshly washed, dried, and ready to braid.

We do not supply braiding hair. Please bring your own braiding hair and make sure you have enough quantity for your chosen style.

All base prices are for mid-back length. Add $20 for waist length or $40 for butt length. Please specify when booking.
